Chris and his crew did an amazing job reinstalling a new liner for my pool. very professional they were all exceptionally kind and hard working. Chris himself made a point to help me with confusion of other pool related items such as my filters and chemical balancing for the pool. It’s our first time owning a pool and he was very understanding and helpful and really had the best prices in the north shore! Thank you again chris!

Chris was great. We were needing someone to determine if we had a pool liner leak. He showed up within a couple days. And did a great job finding a needle in a haystack and saving us a lot of headache. He was very responsive and professional. He definitely knew what he was talking about. There’s a lot of people in the pool business that pontificate a lot of things that aren’t logical. Chris has a logical brain and it was nice to understand his approach to problem solving.

After dealing with not one, not two, but three different pool companies around the North Shore who completely dropped the ball on me or just didnt honor their work, I finally found North Shore Pool Boys and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for my pool needs! From start to finish, their communication was excellent. My prior review was submitted prior to me finishing it. Meant to give 5 stars and wanted to write that they initially came out to my house within a day, and that was great. And then I thought I asked for a return visit but I never reached out to them and never asked them to come so I will try to delete the one star review which was a mistake on my part. In my area there are limited pool cleaning companies so I realize it may take a couple of days to get a response. Keep up the good work guys.
