New England Spas Natick

We purchased a Sundance spa from the Norwell location in February. Removing an existing spa through a tight slider from the porch was a major challenge but was handled with ease. The removal and new install took about 2 hours. The service was outstanding at each step of the process. Rosalie was very helpful in our multiple conversations. We visited 3 other dealers before purchasing and know we made the right decision.

My experiences with NE Spas have all been excellent, they are knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. I want to particularly call out Ryan Albert, one of their service techs., who supported us through some repairs during the (incredibly cold) winter. We are repeat customers as this is our second time purchasing a tub from New England Spa.
