Very disappointed with this company’s service. The crew opened our pool but failed to turn on a valve, which prevented proper water circulation and made it seem like the pool motor was malfunctioning. They also did not install the pool strainer, another important part of the opening process. After discovering these issues, we contacted the company, but they took no responsibility and offered no credit or resolution. We ended up having to identify and correct the problems ourselves. I brought in a broken valve for an old spa and Sherman recognized it immediately but a replacement had to be ordered. Hence, I had to leave my contact info. There was an emailed quote awaiting when I got home and an instant reply back when I said go ahead and order it. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Amazing group of people who were super friendly and made opening my pool a breeze. Andy and his assistant here very knowledgeable pointing out issues with my filter and showing me when was wrong or missing. They will be back to close the pool this year and I'll have them reopen again next year
